Breath modulation, often referred to as mindfulness breathing or controlled breathing, is a scientifically proven technique that can significantly reduce stress, anxiety, and improve overall mental well-being. By focusing on their breath, children learn to calm their minds, manage difficult emotions, and build the foundation for a lifetime of emotional well-being.
